  Upon your order our designer and founder Mia Bencker will be in direct contact with you via email to conclude custom made features (initial engraving, etc).
  We will also send you a trial shoe for fit test and a leather swatch to match your dress, all to make sure the fit is optimal for your big day. 
  The order is final after your size and custom engravings are confirmed, after this the order is no longer refundable.
